Interested in Joining the Watts Lab?

 

We are always interested in hearing from motivated prospective students! There is no specific requirement for courses taken to join the lab, but we are looking for students whom:

 

• are driven to understand biological processes at the molecular level

• are team-players, but also are resourceful and can work independently (after appropriate training of course!)

• are self-motivated to complete tasks and get results

To indicate your interest in the lab, please send an email to Dr. Watts with the following information:

​

• Name and expected graduation date

• Most recently completed courses in Chemistry and Biology 

• A summary of any prior research experience, if applicable

• Why you are interested in doing research in general, AND particularly in the Watts lab

Dr. Watts will contact students about informational meetings after receiving this information.
